I can only log in via the link in my email

Hi Guys

I can only log into my account via the email you guys sent to me. once in via that route i tried to change my password but it does not recognize my email? once i am logged in using the email link when i go to my account it says waiting verification but i don't receive a verification email no matter how many times i try. I have also checked junk also no email.

We do not have a record of an account under paul.garcia@hotmail.co.uk. Did you use a different email?

Hi Jim et al,

I'm a new user and realized that I have a login to the app itself (https://app.dronelink.com/login) and a login to the web site/support (https://support.dronelink.com) that may be causing confusion to register on both? But, I did so with e-mail and same password both as new registrations.
