Stuck with non working Dronelink on Mavic Mini

I'm just reaching out to the moderator(s) to see if there is a next step for me to get Dronelink to work with my Mavic Mini.

I have tried every possible remedy and best practice identified in the FAQ's, instruction videos and these forums.

It looks like my choices are to wait for a phone app update to fix this issue, or try a different phone (which I am not able to do)

    Also, we have already notified DJI about this issue and they are investigating it on their end.
