Can not login to dronelink on dji smart controller

Douglas Goddard

I have had a hard time installing the dronelink app on the sc.  Finally downloaded the app from web (app-prod-arm64-v8a-release) onto the sc.  App icon appears and ask for sign on.  I used same sign-in info as for the app.dronelink mission planning and it would not accept.  Need your help.

Does it have a specific error message? Did you install all the required APKs?

All APKs installed.  Uninstalled all includig dronelink and reinstalled.  Still no go.  Did find  reason for not loaded because "net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED".  Able to sign-in on web for planning.

    Following apps installed for Dronelink:

    Dronelink    346 mb

    Google Play Services  189 mb

    Google Play Store  29.6 mb

Plus these other believed installed from Google Acct Manager or Google Installer

       - Google Acct Mgr., Google Calendar Sync, Google Contacts Sync, Google Installer,

Google Services Framework, Google Japanese Input, Google Pinyin Input

Am I missing any required apps?  Should I uninstall any of the above?  All works well on web, just can not get Dronelink to  signin on smart controller.  I've changed passwords for both app.dronelink and support.dronelink.  Did not help.  Think changing to another email address would help?  Tried everything else I can think of.

Can you try installing the Dronelink app on your phone and see if that lets you login?

Installed on phone and worked.  Think should try uninstall of apps on smart controller and start over to see if that works.

On SC browser the app.dronelink.com page would not load.  The support.dronelink.com page loaded.  Got the following message (see Photo).  All other web pages appear to load ok.

The URL should not start with www.app

    Does this work?

    https://app.dronelink.com/

By the way, did you click a link on our website somewhere that had the www.app? If so, let me know so I can fix it.

Got it to work.  Downloaded another browser.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the three required apps.  Among others things don't remember.  But now it works.  Thanks for all your help.
