Without more details on the error message or a screenshot / screen recording, it is hard to speculate on the cause of the issue. It is possible you reached the edge of a NFZ that was not unlocked. You may consider reading the many other threads on this forum about similar issues.
Thank you Jim. In the meantime I found the dronelink folder on my iphone and a file from my flight on August 14. I uploaded this file in phantomhelp, but I got the message "no data available", which I do not understand, since the seize of the fil is 357 k.
I would appreciate comments on how to analyse the content of this file (see link).

As the note at the bottom of the second article states, DJI changed something in their latest log format that is now causing all the flight log interpreters to update their code to support it. You will have to contact the provider on a timeline.
