Smart Controller says No Active Accounts.

I am having trouble using the app on my Smart Controller.

I have the Play Store installed and working I can install other apps.

My Dronelink account works on my iPhone and computer but when I login to the app on the Smart Controller is says "No Active Accounts" and I can not load my saved missions.

I can load them on my iPhone.

 

Please help because I would much rather use the Smart Controller.

    Is this specific to the smart controller or can you reproduce it on another device?

    It only happens on the Smart Controller.

    I have reset the controller a few times and reinstalled Dronelink.

    I can load my saved missions on my phone.

    Our smart controller seems to load accounts just fine. Send a username/password to support.

    Ok I was able to load and run the mission with the new apk but I did get some errors about device running too slow and the app crashed once. Also the voice alerts were gibberish, I could not understand what was being said. The drone didn't seem to be flying right the circle was not smooth and looked jerky.

    Doesn't surprise me. That was a debug build APK just to see if it corrected the issue you were seeing with no accounts. Sounds like you will need to wait for the release build for reliable behavior, but we are currently waiting for DJI to correct an issue in their SDK before we can create the next build :(

    As for the voice alerts, did you install the Google text to speech APK (linked in the instructions).

    I have a similar problem and error msg when I try to login using the IOS drone link app.

    I was definitely experiencing the Gibberish voice prompts/commands myself on the SC. I too had the Google text to speech APK installed. I have yet to attempt to use DL since the latest SC update. ( oh boy )
