Are you using the correct of the Dronelink app. Did you download from the Dronelink download center. Did you grant all app permissions.
Yes, I am using the correct DL app, and I have granted all the necessary permissions. I have tested it in various ways as described in other reports, but without success. Sometimes the camera image appears but freezes, and shortly after, the screen goes black. My drone and controller are also up to date.

I tried all the mentioned methods, and none of them worked. A message appeared: "camera unavailable."
The only other thing I can suggest is to try another device. There are so many manufactures which use Android OS and a lot of them won’t work for various reasons. Not all device manufactures or models will work.
