This is really going to depend on each individual mission as with knowing the mission make up and land layout, we can't really advise, maybe you could share a mission so we might be able to point you in the right direction

i understand that it is up to me to rearrange it.

but technically speaking, what feature enables me that.

    OK here you go:

First of all I made a copy of your plan, I then created duplicate layers so I had got a total of 3 layers on the plan, I then named each of these layers Left, Middle & Right, this plan can be found here https://app.dronelink.com/martin-reading/public-test/plan/Ig4IF0g4Y5OBs3nR00SY

I then made a copy of this plan Which i called Reineh Left section.

I then deleted the middle & right hand components, next  I deleted the boundary markers to the right of boundary marker C, and dragged the resulting Boundary marker D till it was above C as can be  seen here https://app.dronelink.com/martin-reading/public-test/plan/ZXZEuvjeXUHlTCJPVQ4y

I then did similar to create Reineh middle section, with this section you naturally have to delete boundary points to the right and left of the middle section this plan is here https://app.dronelink.com/martin-reading/public-test/plan/khhMeV6IZtylzhPQaCmL

And then again the same procedure was used to create the right hand section which can be found here https://app.dronelink.com/martin-reading/public-test/plan/StGliNbbByg1MHiTvY6l

A couple of things to remember when doing this:

Make sure that there is some overlap between plans, so the left hand edge of middle middle needs to overlap the right hand edge of left a little, and the right hand edge of right, needs to have slight overlap of the right hand edge of middle

Move the purple plan marker to a logical space, this very important if you are going to using terrain follow

Hope this makes sense and helps, you can copy all of the above plans to your own repository

    Thank you for ur input.
While making this 3 seperate missions, will they eventually merge to one output to export?

Additional question, how can i do it myself, technically speaking, editing the points manually, since i received the kml points from civil engineer, and i want to edit the changes without missing and boundary points from the initial map
