The mini 4K isn't supported by any 3rd party apps as DJI haven't added it to an SDK yet, which is required for 3rd party integration, I would suggest that your best upgrade path for bang for the buck would be a mini 2, however if you can't get one then the mini 3 is the latest sub 250g drone you can use with Dronelink
Thanks. Is there any way one can find out if DJI will be adding it to an SDK in the near future. If they do then what is the typical lead time for DL to support it?
I very much doubt they will add it to an SDK, they never added the mini2 SE to one, if they do lead time from drone launch to DJI adding to an SDK is normally about a year

I have ordered a second-hand Mini 2 and was wondering how I change the drone setting in DL? I know I can change the drone for a preview so that the camera angles are correct etc. but it make sense to globally change the drone model for future plans. Related to this, can I fly my Mini 1 flight plans with the Mini 2 without any major adjustments to them? Thank you.
When using mapping plans, just set the camera setting in the mapping component to mini 2, and it will default to this (last used), for all future plans.
Other flight plans, will fly ok without any changes needing to be made, enjoy the mini2, it's a great little drone, they just keep on going, I certainly won't be upgrading while mine still flies
Yes, I'm aware of that setting but I can't see one for a waypoint plan as in grab here. Maybe it doesn't matter for these but only for the overlaps required in mapping and possibly in orbits? I guess if it's needed it will show in the global settings?
