Waypoint Missions question
Starting a new Waypoint Mission do you start with the DL template, your own custom template, or a Blank plan?

Pilots choice. I always start with a blank plan so I don’t need to remove the POI and marker. If you have a template for an often used plan then that will obviously save time.
Like Mike (Arizona Wyldwest), I start off with a blank plan especially for waypoints, as it means you don't need to remove the POI that's linked to checkpoint A, and the path action marker that's sat there doing nothing as you just add a simple straight line waypoint component as can be see below
