DJI Smart Controller with DJI Mavic Air 2 - Dronelink Software is not recognizing the Camera

I am flying a DJI Mavic Air 2 with the Smart Controller

 

I am (2) days new to Drone ink and was hoping if I can you please get help with the following questions:

  • Dronelink is not recognizing the camera on the camera, what can I do to correct this?
  • How do I force stop the DJI Fly App and the DJI Go 4 App?
  • When launching the Dronelink App, I receive the following message: ‘Low Performance Device: Using this device may result n poor app performance or other unexpected issues.  Please consider upgrading to a higher performance device for a safer and more reliable experience.  Selections – (1) I understand or (2) Learn more
    • Why am I seeing this?
    • I am risk of Dronelink not properly controlling the drone?  If so, what are my risks and how can I correct them?
    • What is a ‘higher performance device’?
  • I am not able to create a flight plan using my controller?  How do I correct this?

    If you click on the “drone not connecting in the Native app it will take you to the link I’m sending. DL has a lot of help articles and even tutorials to assist you. I’d suggest adding a bookmark to their help articles and look through them. The old SC is an Android device so follow the instructions and it should solve your problem. 3.2 explains how to force close the DJI app and it must be closed or it will not connect to the DL app. Also make sure you have granted all of the permissions as well.
