The image on the screen is green and black in Focus mode
Within seconds of starting flight in Focus mode, the image turns green and black.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, do you have any insights on how to fix it?

What drone, controller, and device and what version of Dronelink
Thank you, Martin
DJI Mini 3, DJI RC-N1, Samsung A34, version 4..8.3 (280)
Does the issue start after starting to record video?
Yes
Can you send a screen recording so we can show DJI?
Jim McAndrew
I did it.
You can download the screen recording from https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HTRBwVIex19Qb8TVt4UAulVKRodV7ZHc/view?usp=sharing
Please let me know when downloaded, in order to delete it from the shared drive.
We just put out 281 with a new version of the DJI SDK last night. Was this video created with that build? DJI will want to know if we tried it with their latest.
Jim McAndrew
It was created with 280 verson.
Will check tomorrow with the new version and let you know.
Jim McAndrew
No green images with the version 281, thank you.
Mission accomplished successfully without any crash.
But in the beginning I observed an unfamiliar message that I cannot recall encountering before:
Account Upgrade Required.
Elite accounts do not support the Unknown
What does it mean?
Dronelink shows this dialog based on string matching the model name with a whitelist for your account type. For some reason the model name is briefly “Unknown”, which isn’t in the list. We have had a hard time reproducing this as it is probably a timing issue.
