Some devices may still have issues so which device are you using. If it only happened once then that can happen using any drone or device but should be rare. If it happens a lot then they can look into it.
My drone is mini 3 with RC-N1, Phone is Huawei mate 10, App 279 version Crash once video start recording with 4K, Other resolution was no problem, Thanks for reply.
Wow!, version 4.9.0.b281 4K recording with My Mini 3 with RC-N1 And Smartphone Redme note 11 pro plus working now, But sometime smartphone screen turn to green?.

Don't know why my DJI Mini 3, DJI RC-N1, Redme note 11 pro+ 5G, version 4.9.0 (282) still have green screen problem!
