DJI Mini 3 Pro and Dronelink app on RC Pro not connecting

I need some help connecting the RC Pro controller which has Dronelink installed (has the latest version and installed following the steps outlined here to my DJI Mini 3 Pro. 

 

The dronelink website states that the current release is stable and shouldn't cause any issues but when I open up Dronelink the dashboard shows the orange icon "Initialising DJI SDK" and is stuck on that and is not connecting to the drone. 

 

Help on this matter would be greatly apprciated.

    If it is stuck at Initialising DJI SDK, this usually means either you have no network connection, or the connection or DJI’s SDK servers is being blocked by your firewall, or DJI’s servers are temporarily down.
