Update: Tested on Samsung S23. Same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same behaviour.
First things first, have you got the correct version of app (Dronelink DJI) for the mini 3, check out this link to get the correct version, if so did you grant ALL permissions when you installed it, make sure the controller is in normal position and not cine or sport
Also be aware that S9 is an older device and listed as a low performance device. You will be much better off getting a newer more modern device which was released in the last year or so as explained in the link. Otherwise you may continually have issues. Looks like Martin forgot to send the install link so I’ve added it. Enjoy.
