Unknown error 137 Mini 3 Pro RC-N1 Samsung S9... not connecting to drone

Hi Im getting "Unknown error(code 137); Cannot take off, please contact DJI support." I thought maybe the DJI Fly app was interfering so I first tried to force stop it and also tried after uninstalling it and in both instances, I got the same message. I can however take off and use the controls. But camera and gimbal and telemetry is disconnected. Any help?

Update: Tested on Samsung S23. Same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same behaviour.

First things first, have you got the correct version of app (Dronelink DJI) for the mini 3, check out this link to get the correct version, if so did you grant ALL permissions when you installed it, make sure the controller is in normal position and not cine or sport

Also be aware that S9 is an older device and listed as a low performance device. You will be much better off getting a newer more modern device which was released in the last year or so as explained in the link. Otherwise you may continually have issues. Looks like Martin forgot to send the install link so I’ve added it. Enjoy.
