Problems with logging into the Web app
Hello,
I am having some issues logging into the Web app.
On the device that I usually use (Desktop PC running Windows 10), I have no issues and the app runs cleanly.
However, on my laptop (also running Windows 10), I get to the login page and when I enter my details, the 'loading bar' scrolls endlessly and I am never able to login or get past this page. I have tried in both Chrome and Edge browsers, and I get the same result. Additionally, I have tried both with my VPN running and with it turned off.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I will soon need to access the app while travelling, and this wont be possible from my desktop PC.

Make sure you are using the correct login credentials, that you aren't using the vpn, and try using firefox rather than the 2 browsers you've named

Unfortunately, I am also unable to login with Firefox. As requested, I tried with the VPN off, and this seemed to have no effect.
I have ensured that my operating system has all the relevant updates.
As well as the endless login-ing in, I also now get what seems like endless refreshing on the dronelink app page. Due to the refreshing, Im unable to even enter my details.

You can see my cursor moving around in the video, and see that its not the browser refreshing.

Try deleting everything in the cache, browsing history etc. I had it happen once and it worked.
