Successful mission with Mini3 Pro

Johan Dannhauser

I had my first successful mission with no interruptions with my Mini 3 Pro. Looks like the battle is almost won.

How did you achieve that? Can you share the hardware and software version you use?

I also use DJI mini3pro and do mapping missions, but I experience app crashes very often.

    Did you use RC Pro?

No RC Pro. Just standard controller and OPPO Reno 7 phone. First time for me. Don't touch any controls or settings while the mission is being conducted. The phone was in Aeroplane mode.

Thanks for your reply. I’ll try it myself. By the way, which dronelink version you used?

Looks good, one question, why so many path actions, and do they actually do anything, maybe you could share the mission

    Hi Martin

Each path action is exactly where a photo needs to be taken 90 degrees downward. Not sure how to share a mission.

    Managed to figure it out.

I might also add that I minimized the Map for the whole flight. Also, the above-mentioned flight plan is not situated at its original location. Just copied it over near me for testing.

Will be doing some more testing today with more intricate flight plan.

Did another successful flight. Two in a row. Same setting different plan. Camera was set on standard photos. Tried again with camera high res but bombed out after a few photos. Photos probably to close to each other for processing. Think it will manage if I reduce the flight speed.

Each path action is exactly where a photo needs to be taken 90 degrees downward.

Curious why you're not just using a mapping mission that does exactly that but automatically?

Hy Matt. The flight path is not at its original position. But it would make more sense in its original position. It is supposed to take a picture of structures at precise points under each path action. This is not mapping of a whole area but more of specific spots.
