Elite Plan Waypoint Altitude

I'm on the Elite plan and building a mission that will fly up a hill.

The altitude definitions on the way points (and POI) don't specify the reference point.

Is it relative to take off altitude?

And if so, how do I determine AGL levels so I can code the waypoints to be at the right elevation?

    Yes in the Hobbyist>Elite plan its relative to take off location, you need a professional plan for AGL/Terrain Follow
