Waypoint mission - Focus issue

I am carrying out a construction time-lapse and have an issue with the drone appearing to struggle to focus at times. This is obvious at 0:40 here: https://vimeo.com/814255580?share=copy

What is the best way to avoid this?

Using a Mavic 3E

Don’t use continuous autofocus?

I have it set to autofocus not continuous af. Does that mean the drone focuses once and then doesn’t adjust for the rest of the mission?

Not sure if this helps but the Auto Focus should work the same as when using the DJI app. So focusing modes like manual, auto, AE functions function in the same way. Maybe this link will help.
