How is it possible to stitch together orthophoto (mapping) images with different levels of detail (height)?

Hello. There is a large plot of land that I would like to map with a detail of about 5cm/pixel, but within this area there is a prominent part that I would like to map with a detail of 1cm/pixel. Is it possible to combine the two sets of photos obtained in this way into one large orthophoto? I'm using WebODM, do you think you can handle it?
Any suggestions are welcome, I'm still a relative beginner.
