Grid (Crosshatch) & Gimbal Pitch which Hobbyist Plan?

to do not commercial mapping with creating 3d models/landscapes using Crosshatch & Gimbal Pitch settings, which Hobbyist Plan do I need?
Is it included in the "Premium" or do i need Elite?
An generally: is it possible to upgrade from premium to Elite with only be charged the price-difference?
