Strong winds and heavy rain-- but still flying today!

Tim B

If Dronelink did not provide for a way to "fly" via Mission Preview, I expect I would be looking to buy yet another new drone to replace that last botched mission, or else be looking for a new hobby.

Fortunately, even when the weather was as crappy as it was here yesterday I was able to, in the comfort of my studio, create a number of new missions and experiment with the many options available then Preview (in DL & GE) to see what I got right as well as what I got wrong. Really a great way to learn.

Also the ability to share a mission for others to analyze and tell you where you messed up? Priceless. :-)

Yeah got to love to love Dronelink Tim B, so much possible with it, mini2 and other software, this is the result of 3 missions planned and flown with Dronelink, maps produced in WebODM, then all 3 maps overlayed on an openstreet map and merged together in QGIS.

The middle and top sections were flown yesterday and today

Martin Reading - You should post a video of your post processing workflow for those of us who have never used QGIS.
