In particular 4.1 (are you able to confirm it works in a different location)?
Once i landed the drone, i restarted it, the app, and the controller and flew the same mission again without issues so the location shouldn't be the issue. Is there flight logs i can share for you to see more info?
This behavior is controller by the DJI firmware, so if you can't consistently reproduce it there isn't anything we can do.
