Starter / Elite

Luke Todd

Hi,

I joined with the elite plan and paid in full, then realised the starter plan would be better...then, finally switched to growth.

Aside from me not properly investigating my needs (!) I have a couple of queries:

- can i forego my elite plan and transfer that into my growth plan for a few months?

- i got the receipt for switching up from starter to growth, but my plan still shows as starter on the web.....is there a way to make it correct? not sure if its just the name, or if im still in a starter account.

thanks, and sorry

Your best bet to deal with account queries it's to send an email to support@dronelink.com

You can use any web browser which is supported. The URL is “app.dronelink.com” which is indicted in the link as well. The Native Flight app does have a mission planner within it but I almost always use Firefox browser.

hendri purwanto, to access the mission planner from within the app, from the app home screen

click on the hamburger menu top left

Then click on the top entry "mission Planner"

The other way you can access it, is if you click on the 3 vertical . next to a mission, the top entry is "Edit Plan"
