Also - sure would be nice to have an option to contact drone link support directly for $45/month! Seriously!
For account queries you can email them any time you like at the following email address support@dronelink.com
Both apps use the same backend user system. If you need to reset your password, try doing it in a browser on your phone or laptop.

If you are paying a monthly subscription then it must be a professional plan which means you have email support. Check the pricing at bottom of list. Also you can see what specific features are included with your plan by following the instructions in the second link. The third link is to DL’s help articles and tutorials which can help a lot.
