Connecting in one place and not another makes no sense. This is the standard list of possibilities for why it doesn't connect:

Yes I know, contacting you was a last resort because I've been through all of that article. My logic was that if I connected at home then I must have the correct app for my phone and all the permissions are set correctly. At the moment it seems I've paid for something I can't use. I will persevere but is there anything else you can suggest? Thanks
