cannot use multiple devices without adding another subscription

Sean Johnson

Just paid for a basic subscription with the hope of test driving Dronelink but running into several problems.  Using Chrome or Firefox on my Windows 10 desktop results in the "no network" error popping up every few minutes (ethernet connection running >100Mbps).  Tried Samsung tablet, Samsung phone, and Lenovo laptop (Windows 10) but all 3 indicate I need to add a subscription.  I'm logged in but cannot use Dronelink because my subscription is not recognized on these devices.

Kinda stuck until I get past this stuff.

Thanks in advance.

For account problems send Dronelink an email to support@dronelink.com

With regards to the "No Network" just ignore it, I've seen it and it actually causes no problems

Thanks for the input Martin.  About 4 hours after I bought the subscription, I noticed the devices were listed in the session I had running in Chrome on my desktop.  Sure enough, these devices all worked then.  I guess it may take a while before devices are granted access.

Once I had the other devices running, they all had the "no network" icon showing up every few minutes and they all seemed to be working ok so yeah, it would seem this annoying icon doesn't mean anything.

    Thanks again!
