COMO SOLICITO REEMBOLSO DE LA APLICACIÓN
Estimados quisiera poder solicitar un reembolso del plan contratado, debido a que lo contrate pero lo encuentro demasiado difícil de usar y no logro entenderlo ya que todos los tutoriales están en ingles y yo hablo en español. Además el programa no pude usarlo, debido a que tengo un Phantom 4 Pro V2, pero viene con pantalla integrada y en la cual me arroja error al usarlo. Por lo tanto desde que contrate el plan no he podido usarlo.

I need a refund, I bought the application about two days ago on a premium level amateur plan, after buying a DJI air 2S drone, I created a flight plan on my PC and loaded it on my cell phone, the drone arrives at the starting point , the drone gets into position, lowers its camera and never starts the flight plan, then it disconnects and I have to manually bring it to the takeoff point. I feel scammed with the application. I have tried and reviewed everything and the plan never starts, I am using a high-end Android cell phone with a Snapdragon 7 2gen + processor and internet over 30MB and nothing, in other applications it is enough but for this one it is not useful.If it’s disconnecting then it sounds like it may be due to not closing the DJI Fly app or maybe the plans set up. You can’t just swipe up you must go into the device settings to force close the DJI app because both cannot be open at the same time. Check your device settings as indicated in the DL help article. If you share the plan then someone can take a look at it to make sure you set it up correctly. If you can’t figure out how to use the app then follow the link which was already given above to request a refund. You have not been scammed. The DL app works with the A2S and has been for a long time. Good luck.
