Dronelink Elite with Mavic 2 Zoom

I have a Dronelink Elite account for $99 and it is not binding with my Mavic 2 Zoom drone.  It will not recognize my controller when connected with USB-C with the aircraft powered on.

    Unfortunately, I have reviewed and went through that list carefully completing all of the tasks and it still reads remote controller unavailable.

    I assume DJI Go is able to connect, and it is terminated when running DL?

    No, it won't connect with DJI Go 4 or DJI Go, either through camera view or manual connect.

    If it won't even work with DJI's app then I would say you have a hardware problem and need to contact DJI.

    Did you bind the controller in the DJI App ? Maybe try refreshing the firmware on both drone be controller using DJI Assistant PC software first. Then calibrate everything as usual and try with DJI app. Can’t hurt. Also What device are you using ? Make and model.
