Drone disconnected

good morning.
I want to make a scheduled flight, a map, but I can't get my drone to connect (Mavic Air 2). It appears Disconnected
What can be the cause?

I had the latest version, but I had to uninstall and reinstall the Dronelink app, and log in again to get the drone to connect.

Finally, after updating the software version, the Mavic Air 2 was connected to the RC.
However, when I wanted to carry out the programmed flight, a mapping, the drone took off but switched to manual flight and remained static. I don't know what the cause is.
    Can you help me?

Can you provide more details, like an error message, screenshot, or screen recording?

    Hi, Jim.

Today I was able to collect more information.
I tried to carry out a flight that I had already done satisfactorily, but I ran into the same problems as in the previous test.

I attach the screenshots, to see if they help to resolve what is the reason that Dronelink does not work for me.
With DJI Fly I have no problems, it flies normally.

As you can see, the screenshot ....144 is when everything was indicating Ok.
The next one, ...645, is when the drone is positioned at a certain height, stops and goes to "Manual Flight".
The following screenshot is when I was trying another scheduled flight and this message also appeared.
I don't know what could be the reason.

I’ve had this happen on very rare occasions with my MA2 and I’ve got 2,000 minutes with DL. Either turn off the APAS (fly around/ bypass) in the DJI App or try waiting about 10 seconds then resume. When I’ve waited and resumed the mission it has always completed without issue. I don’t know why it does this on rare occasions since the APAS should work with DL. It’s been about 2-1/2 years using DL and with all those mission minutes it is still rare. Since I use the APAS while using the DJI App I sometimes forget to switch it off for DL. When set to Off or Brake only it has never happened. It’s obviously a Bypass issue although rare. Good luck.

    hello good morning
Today I tried to do the mapping canceling the APAS (I put BRAKE) and DL worked fine, finally!
    I was happy!
But I still have one question:
On the cell phone screen I see the diagram of the mapping to be carried out, but I cannot see what the camera is actually seeing, why?
I send an image taken with another cell phone.
    Thanks for the help.

Well, I'm going to try. In the worst case it won't work.
    Thank you.

well, unfortunately the Huawei P30 Pro was not recognized.
I ask then, what cell phones (some at least) are those that work with DL.

That P30 is a 4 year old Android OS device. Check this link. A device released with the last 1 to 2 years should work.

That P30 Pro has Huawei's OS, Harmony, and apparently it's not recognized by DL
