upgrade to elite

Hi. I paid the expert hobbyst version, and I realized I needed the elite version. I paid the extra 50 USD through my phone (the charge was already made to my credit card), and when I log in I still get the "expert" profile, not the version that I paid for (elite). Please help.

1. When i want to run Map Mission on my phone, it's saying thath Mavic 2 pro is not supported.

2. When i click upgrade on desktop, it's saying "customer ID missing"

Please help me with this situation.
