Beta v. 4.5.0 (243) Telemetry Unavalaible from Mini 3 Pro

Braeden

Beta v. 4.5.0 (243) Kernal 4.5.0

Motorola edge 20 fusion

Android 12

On startup of the drone the following notifications appear:

Telemetry Unavaliable

No image transmission

something about an IMU

Unknown Error (code: 137), cannot takeoff, contact DJI

All except Telemetry Unavaliable clear within a few seconds, which stays indefinately. No video feed from drone appears.

All works fine in DJI Fly.

Let me know if any more info would be helpful :)

I'm on the setup as you but with Xiaomi MIUI 14 Android 13. Telemetry & video feed showed up instantly. Perhaps your setting was with DJI fly app running simultaneously as you tested DL Beta build 243? However you can't run them simultaneously due to my understanding ❤️

Have you granted all permissions, check that the camera permission has been set

Before testing dronelink beta I force stopped DJI fly. Very sure DJI Fly is not running while I am testing dronelink.

dronelink is not requesting camera permission from me? I have even tried uninstalling, and re-installing the beta. The only 4 permissions it requests are:

    Location data

Be allowed to find, connect to, and determine position of nearby devices

    Access to photos and media

    Make and manage phone calls

All of which I have granted, and my phone explicitly tells me in the app info screen that no permissions have been denied.

    Looking forward to 244 :)

Behaviour remains unchanges with beta 244. All other variables unchanged. Telemetry unavaliable.

Tested build 244 this morning without issues on Android 13. However the app produces flight logs unrecognizable by AirData UAV repository.

I am also facing the same problem with the telemetry not available and remote control not connected

Lack of context. Phone, maker, model, version of Android, version and build of app installed? Granted app permissions?
However you must at all times force kill DJI Fly app before starting DL. They simply can't run simultaneously.

Opps sorry I am using the Redmi K40S. Android version 13. App version 4.5.1 (248). All permission granted. Do not have this problem with the Air2S and yes DJI Fly is not running in the background.
