Upgrade from basic plan to mapping plan

I just purchased the basic plan and realized it didn't have the features I needed (unfortunately with no free trials it can be difficult to know what exactly is included based on the one line descriptors). 

I'm looking to get the mapping plan and pay the difference or get a refund for my basic plan so I can purchase the mapping one.

    When you click on any Hobby plan you can compare them. It list everything each one has to include a business plan if needed.

    You can upgrade the plan any time. So the Basic Hobby plan can be upgraded to Premium or Elite for just the additional cost.

    Thanks but I mentioned in the original post that I didn't know exactly what features were included due to the one line descriptions on the compare table. After getting information from external sources I now know which plan I need

    Ok. Sorry I could not give an explanation of each individual component. That would be a ton of info. That’s what everyone else uses to purchase a plan. Hope it works out. As for upgrading as I stated, it’s simple to change. Enjoy.

     My question was about refunds and/or upgrades, not about the components. You can not, from what I see, upgrade from a basic plan to a mapping plan. Thanks.

    Jim can change your plan if needed. Contact them for info.

    We don't currently allow self-service upgrades from basic to mapper because:

    1. It involves a loss of functionality which would need to be explained / confirmed
    2. The two plans are meant for different types of flying (recreational vs commercial)
