mapping with mavic air 2

Can I do mapping with the Mavic Air 2?

This is all new territory for me, I generally do architectural videos and photos.

But recently I had a client who asked if I can ...
"dimensionally accurate measurements for a site plan"
and

"I have lot dimensions, but no angles, without which the dimensions are nearly useless."

so perhaps that second quote makes things easier? I don't know, all new territory for me.

Would love some advice.

Yes, you can. Watch our tutorials to get started. Then you may want to consider using the Pix4D integration for the processing. Remember, if you are flying for business you need a Business plan.

When on an mapping mission is it better to have camera set to auto or have it in manual mode?

That depends on your use case and which processing software vendor you are using. You should probably ask them what approach will yield the best results in their system.
