1) I have this message on Dronelink « Error : solution: hardware malfunction contact DJI to arrange etc...» After a lot of reboot of my drone only one time I have no error message, all was ok except I haven't got video.
2) When I have vidéo, the latency is about 2 seconds so I can’t do anythings with Dronelink.
I never have any problem with DJI Fly and my Mavic Mini 1 only 10hours flight and never crashed.
I tried to use DronelinkApp with different devices Iphone and Ipad but always same issue.
Please tell me what should I do.

1 Yes I'm on the last firmware
2 DJI Fly is not running in the background
3 Yes I use Dronelink (2.1.0)
4 Today I just tried The Beta version 2.2.0 , it's better but not perfect : « Error : solution: hardware malfunction contact DJI to arrange etc...» happen one time in two, the video latency is often acceptable but sometimes more than 1 second. Actually I only test Manual flight
For information Yesterday I test Dronelink 2.1.0 with a phantom4 and there was the same problem about vidéo.
The P4 shows the hardware malfunction message?
The next build of 2.2.0 will have a fix or the video stuttering.
No, the P4 has only the video problem, I'll have to test it with Beta version.
Is there some sound for notifications in Dronelink like DJI Fly? Cause I can't here anything about "Take Off" "Home point has been obtained" etc ...
Can I adjust the altitude value for RTH with Dronelink?
hello, I just tested in manual flight version 2.2.0 (142)
1.Compass calibration request but impossible to do with Dronelink the button does not work, have to do it with DJI Fly and then return to Dronelink.
2.No notification sound with Dronelink.
3.No altitude indication for RTH.
4.No possibility of adjusting the shutter speed, so impossible to adjust the value to twice the number of images per second, example shutter 1/50 for 25fps.
5. Cannot turn off the vision sensor.
I will keep you posted during my automatic flight tests
I'm having this exact issue as well. I can switch over to DJI app and the video feed is there. Switch back to DL and just black screen. Today I'm having zero luck getting any kind of video feed....I've restarted everything in all kinds of different orders throughout the day. Earlier in the week I had no video, switched to DJI for 5 min and then landed, then went back to DL and video was working. I'm at a loss.

which version are you using? I am currently using beta 2.2.0 (142) and it works fine. check out my other post about the beta version, hope it gets you flying.
