Good afternoon I have a problem with my application, I downloaded the application to my Samsung Galaxy A10 and when I fly my drone goes crazy, it moves everywhere. I tried from my other phone huawei p40 pro and I get the following error that is in the image.

It sounds like your Samsung either doesn't have GPS, or the GPS signal was very poor.

As for your p40, it looks like it does not have Google Play services installed (similar to the DJI monitors). Dronelink only works on Android devices with Google Play support, or on devices that you can side-load Google play.

or maybe it is because I have using my username on my phone samsums? Will I have to delete the application before opening it on another phone?

You can be logged in to multiple devices at the same time. What is the error message from the iPhone?

Can you please show a screenshot of the iPhone error message? The one you are sending of the P40 is the error that happens with Google Play services are not available, which is Android only.

I tried again with an A51 samsumg and the same thing happens, he does evacuations, I hit him twice for that. Can you tell me what characteristics the gps must have to find the right phone and test it? I don't want to break my drone testing and testing

You just need to make sure that your mobile device actually has a GPS chip, which I believe the A51 does. What do you mean evacuations? Can you post a video showing the behavior?
