Not sure, but did you log on before you tried to create? Using the browser version or mobile? Using the same email account?
I was logged in and the system issue a payment option through Google pay and went ahead and did. For the moment I've been trying logging in and out on both web and android. Same thing I try to purchase on both and get thr same info on the device that I already have it
Your best bet is to email support@dronelink.com explain the problem and they will sort you out
