Follow mode with stick control

Back at the end of November  I made a video using follow mode and also using the sticks to reposition the drone, and was asked on the facebook page how it was possible, and have finally got round to explaining it in a video

Nice job Martin.  I literally had adjusting an on the fly mission using the sticks on my list of things to try.   In my case I want to look at using that with orbit (have a specific use case for that) so this is a good start :)  Thanks!

Thank you @Martin.  Good video!  Dreary day to go out and fly - you are committed to the cause!

Cheers Tony Simek, it certainly was, and i came the closest I've ever been to crashing the drone at any height (Trees were taller than i thought), was amazed when i looked at the log afterward how quickly the mini 2 recovered and continued on flying.

Barry Houldsworth - For sure!  It makes me think TopGear got really good at sky replacement for many episodes or is in control of the weather.  : )

Martin Reading - The Mini 2 is king of close cuts.  The Mini 3, not so much.  You even look at the Mini 3 the wrong way and you have broken arms, shattered gimbal, and a good story.  : )

Is that airdata that you are showing in the screenshot?

Yep, got all my logs in airdata, super handy with lots of info and download options, I'm hoping to sort a video shortly comparing the yaw speed in follow mode with yaw when flying manually, that will include data from airdata logs to create some telemetry
