Can I set the center of an orbit to equal a drone's hovering location
I would prefer a flight planning workflow that would allow me to manually fly my drone to the exact spot that I wish the center of an orbit flight to be by observing in the downward view. Somehow specify that is the center of the orbit. Then flying to the desired radius edge and specifying that as the orbit radius. I am OK just entering radius units in the planner. Placing the drones orbit center is my desire.
Does Dronelink offer this feature?

Yes you can do this by using the on the fly orbit mode
Thank you Martin. I wish to clarify.
I want the drone to execute an automated flight plan with the center based on using the method I described. after establishing a center I want the app to control the flight and take pix and etc. Just as if I used the "drag" a marker over the satellite view normal method.

Yes, that is exactly how the on the fly orbit that Martin Reading mentioned works.
Give it a test - I think you will find it is just what you are looking for.
Not only that but once you have done the first orbit, if you want to repeat that in the future you can convert your on the fly mission into a normal mission and then just fly it without having to go through the setup steps again. You can see how to do that here: https://youtu.be/xtJ1DHRNgOM
Best of luck
Thank You! I tried thus out and I found it worked exactly as you described. But could not figure out if it possible to stop the drone for each photograph to maximize image clarity. Is the a way to go this and how?
