Good evening, Daniel Castro greets you, I am writing to you with the purpose of receiving an answer for which my elite dronlink account has been canceled since, since I only do it for student purposes and to observe the progress of my engineering work, without any profit, always asking for the respective permits if I am in a geo zone that has some restriction, I hope you please analyze my problem, since I do not use my account for any commercial or governmental purpose,I am grateful for your answer

    Can dl just cancel payed accounts? I mean the elite has much less possibilities then the monthly payed subscription...btw I never read the small prints😉

    If you violate the license agreement then yes, we can. As Martin already pointed out, you can always email support@dronelink.com to appeal and we take it on a case by case basis.

    Ok I quickly read the agreement...however I couldn't use D.L but I bought it especially for facade because I love to do mapping 3d of buildings and so on...should I be worried? I mean I put things on YouTube to show to other people

    In general most users do not need to be “worried”. Sadly, there is a small portion of people that use the Hobbyst plans for commercial or government operations, which is what the Professional plans are for:

    In rare cases, some people purchased Hobbyist plans without realizing this (usually due to language barriers) and in those cases, if they are unwilling to upgrade, we just provide refunds and cancel their accounts.
