App Dronelink 4.3.0 & Video problem with Samsung S22Ultra
Problem with not having real-time video during the mission, frame every 5/10 seconds, which makes the flight very unsafe and even up to 30 seconds without video in the APP (v.4.3.0).
Is there any incident of this type registered in this version of APP?
On the other hand, I use the DJI MINI 2 aircraft... and all the photos come out blurry... is there a way to avoid it?
Thank you!

Can you possibly share a plan where this happens, as I fly mini2 and don't have any such problem
Your video not giving continuous feed could be the device struggling. Where there any others apps running in background ?
The blurry photos are probably due to the drones speed set too fast. As Martin stated, sharing the mission will help to see how your plan is set up.
Hello, I am attaching the flight plan... Thank you!

Hi Mike,
The terminal is an S22Ultra and it is precisely something that I check, that no application is running and less DJI Fly
Can't see anything in that plan that should cause problems, so maybe a setting on the drone that isn't in the plan such as exposure settings, I always set mine to auto for mapping, I also have my photo file format set to jpg only
Thank you! I'll try it... I do have the exposure in auto, but the photo is in JPG/RAW although both come out shaky.
That may well be the problem, as flying at those speeds and taking both JPG and RAW is asking a lot, with regards to the video feed problem have you made sure that you accepted all the permissions when installing dronelink
Sí, tienes todos los permisos...

Was worth a check, its easy to miss them sometimes
I have been out for a while...is there still problems the s22 ultra and dronelink about video feed? A long while ago I posted the same issue but I didn't had no possibility to re-check it
Well yes George, it seems like a compatibility problem, I already read something similar from another Samsung user but another model, not the s22 ultra... and for now no response from DJI
... a shame, really, because you can't work like that without video.
No indeed and I Bought the s22 ultra especially for his bride screen when I am flying
But dji fly has no problems it is only with dronelink
True!, it only happens in the dronelink app, but according to what I read in this forum... it seems like an incompatibility between dronelink and the dji api for these mobile models.
Well like I said I have been off for a while...I still have my smartcontroller for my phantom...let's hope that will work now because before there has been also problems with it

Martin does mapping so he would be able to help much more then me. However, a Mini at only 164’ will more then likely need to be slowed down. Some of those photos are at about 10 to 15 mph so too fast and you can get motion Blur especially at that altitude. I’d slow the max speed at that altitude to about 6 to 7 mph and see what happens. I believe they will be clear. I’ve shot 12MP and 48MP photos with my MA2 at 150’ running at 7mph and nice clear photos. The issue is the camera does not have a mechanical shutter so the lower in altitude the slower you need to fly. The higher in altitude the more speed you can run with no motion blur.
Also what SD card are you using ? Should be a good quality like Sandisk Extreme Pro or similar which has a minimum of a V30 speed rating.
As far as the camera feed can you try a different device ? If the camera feed is smooth then you know it’s something to do with the S22. This has not been an issue with many others using many different Android OS devices. At least you can narrow it down if another device works fine. Just some thoughts and suggestions which I believe will help. Good luck.
I use Samsung S22 Ultra and I have no problem with Dronelink.
Alejandro Dabroy Thanks for sharing. What Android version are you running on your S22 Ultra?
Good question Jacob! In my case I am updated to version 13 of Android.
One UI version: 5.0
Kernel Version: 5.10.66
The latest version of the Dronelink app: 4.3.0 (Release 231)
And the latest DJI firmware released for the Mini 2
versión Android 13, DJIFLY 1.9 (1865), AIRE 2S
Dronelink: 4.3.0 (Versión 231)
Alejandro Dabroy There is a significant difference here, that's why it works for you... if you look at the problem that I have reported... it is with a DJI Mini 2... not with a 2S
:-S
For me it was with the air 2
This certainly is a strange one, the mini2 and Dronelink make a great combination, I fly with 3 different devices (galaxy tab 7FE 5G, Galaxy fold Z2, and LG V50), and haven't had video feed problems with any of them, so from what I've experienced it isn't the drone at fault, therefore it must be the S22 Ultra at fault, however Alejandro Dabroy is successfully flying (albeit an A2S) with S22 Ultra
There have been similar issues in the past with other devices that required DJI to push an update. So it could possibly be a similar situation. If others have this same hardware combo to test, please share.
I tested on samsung s10 plus and a52 no problem on I pad no problem I have updated my s22 ultra and will try later on the day when the negative temperatures are better
I update my s22 ultra but stil no decent videofeed the image freeze all the time
I'm in the same situation as you... there's no way and you can't work like that.
This Thursday I will cancel my dronelink subscription
To be clear I have this problem with my air 2 ...maybe I will try my smartcontroller on the air 2 with dronelink. I normally use this controller only for my phantom 4 pro v2.
