Just to come back to this thread on this capability - I will just come out and admit it when I have made a huge mistake. I now realize why I have struggled with this, and even gave up for quite some time on even trying to move and re-use components. In Chrome and Firefox both I typically had a browser extension loaded to allow right click when java script would block right click. I used this to frequently grab product training videos etc, but irrelevant to this discussion. What matters is that when this extension is enabled, it kept me from using right click to affect DL missions...so in many cases I was completely missing the context menus and right click options.
I wanted to circle back to make sure that anyone else having issues relocating references as easily as shown in Barry's video, well, it may be something your browser ingested like a plugin. : )
