M300/T20N - Gimbal Mode Failed / Gimbal Unavailable

Trying to fly a simple test mapping mission, and got the below error.

Nothing I seemed to do would resolve it. Restarted the aircraft twice - all ok in normal operation via the controller, but as soon as I connected and tried to start the mission, I got this. Any idea's anyone?
