Thanks for your help, I made several surveys from the beginning without problems, but it stopped working, I have another premium account and in this one it works, it is in the starter account that does not work, it loads the flight plan but it does not execute it when clicked on the play button

Ok, from what you describe a couple of things spring to mind, and I'll cover them in the easiest to check order:

    1. As you are flying a terrain follow mission you MUST take off FROM WITHIN THE TAKEOFF RESTRICTION ZONE (This is the area highlighted by the orange circle in the center of your plan), if you are even slightly outside this area the mission will not execute. What I do if this happens to me while out in the field and i can't actually get to a point in the  takeoff restriction zone, I load the plan in edit mode, click on the padlock to unlock the pins and drag the takeoff so its centered on my position, then reload and execute the mission. I've had this happen several times to me, checked all the positions (Home, Drone & controller) on the map, moved the drone anywhere between 6 inches to a couple of feet, to put it in the zone, and then the mission has executed
    2. There's some sort of problem with that account that the mission wont execute in, to sort that or get it looked into, you'd have to email support@dronelink.com with all the relevant details

Other than the above I don't know if Jim McAndrew, has any other ideas

    Thanks Guys,
What Marty says about the takeoff restriction zone in orange makes a lot of sense, I realized that I can also make it bigger, I'm going to do another test in the field and I'll let you know if the problem is solved.

    which have a great day
