Point Of Interest

Lamberto J. Austria

Hi,

Newbie here. I can't seem to keep the point of interest at the center of the orbit during takeoff before it reaches the target altitude.

But once it reaches the target altitude, the POI will shift to the center of the orbit.

Please help.

Can you share the mission, generally speaking capture doesn't start until the target altitude is reached, however it looks as though you've a camera command right at the start as compared to a usual set up as in my screenshot below

You need to put a POI on the Orbit Start component inside of the Orbit.

    Hi Jim,

I did the POI. But it's still way off. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

The POI actually needs to be on the Orbit Start component inside of the Orbit component.

Where the cursor is it is still setting up for the orbit.  Play it past the orbit start block and it will swing into the center.
