Tim B

For some reason when I try to log into the Community here from Chrome , I get:

Forbidden
Invalid authenticity token

Wondering if perhaps it's related somehow to my password, I get this message when I request my password:

dronelink.zendesk.com refused to connect.

Not a big deal as al works fine when using Firefox. Obviously something Chrome is choking on. Just thought I'd mention it...

Hi Tim. Check this link. Some browsers are more of a fuss but will work once some settings are changed. A ton of help articles and post to assist  you with your questions. There is a search bar at the top off the DL forum. Good luck.

I've been having the same issues.  In fact a few terse responses today started as much longer and more detailed posts that were just rejected.

Interesting that you say it works on Firefox - I hadn't tried that.

    Mike,

I looked at the info there and did other searches for possible causes/solutions. Tried many things with browser settings & Chrome extensions but nothing worked and still getting the same message. It's only a relatively minor inconvenience as DL web account works fine in Chrome and I can just switch over to Firefox to keep posting my annoying questions.  :-)

Seems to be a fairly common error with Chrome & Zendesk.

Ok. Lol.. it wasn’t an annoying question. I just switched from Firefox to Chrome to post this and it works. I use Firefox anyway and hadn’t tried Chrome until just now and presto, still able to use. Lol…

I just checked my settings. Strangely enough the help article says to enable cross site tracking which is what I have set in my Safari settings. However, Chrome and Firefox settings are disabled. As I said, a bit of fussing around to get it to work and maybe that’s why. Good luck.

Sooo...here's an interesting thing.  Nothing to do with this problem but a 5MF coming out very soon is a comparison of browsers for mission planning.  Some very interesting results!
