    This is awesome.  I've seen some ungrateful customers on the forum, who hand out exclamation points like they're face masks. 

    Eric has done a fantastic job with the videos, and I know that documentation is really easy to talk about, but much harder to do.   I also appreciate knowing that your enterprise customers are keeping you in business, while us $20 hangers-on get to come along for the ride.

    I understand where they're coming from.  They did pay real money to be customers.  But I think they're having a hard time understand how much value they're getting for that money.  It doesn't give us the right to not read the FAQ, to not watch the videos, and to not learn by experimenting.  I've found the software to perform very well, and if something doesn't go the way I thought it would, I start by assuming that I'm doing something wrong.

    I was also happy to see you have a Trello board!  I went over there and upvoted some particular things I'm interested in.   Keep up the great work, and thanks for bringing us along.
