Agreed.   This falls into my two key wish list items - Focus (fly and the camera stays focused on an POI - even if it's moving) and GPS follow.. On the list..

If you want to copy a mission to use somewhere else, you can first copy it to another or the same repo, and then do what Jim said above and move the reference point.
