Dronelink not integrating to dronelogbook

1 flight out of 10 has gone into dronelogbook recently. It's important that this integrates correctly. What do I do. It used to work now it's not.

Thank You will follow. Given that there are two separate downloads, and I don't want to overwhelm the controller, I'll keep the air 2S on the RC N1.

How do I connect Dronelink to Dronelogbook?

The flight I took on dronelink is not on my DJI logs and doesn't have a way to connect to dronelogbook. How do you document flights?
