image feed crashing on dronelink-dji app before I can get even a simple mission loaded

When I open the dronelink-dji app now it says '263 available' at the top left of the screen and loads normally but then keeps crashing and losing image transmission feed before I can get a mission...

My week old 10.5 inch samsung tab a8 3 gig version does fine but can get slow when previewing. You can tell having the web app up and the dronelink-dji app going and loading a mission is about...
